By purchasing or using a digital product from Family Relocate, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Scope of Services

family-relocate offers digital educational and informational products.

The specific scope of services, content, price, and method of delivery result from the respective product description and the ordering process.

We strive to describe our products as accurately and clearly as possible. However, the presentation of a product on our website does not constitute a guarantee of any particular personal, family-related, emotional, psychological, educational, or other outcome.

Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

Before completing an order, the essential information about the selected product and the price will be displayed.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

Family Relocate is currently not subject to VAT.

Should Family Relocate's tax status change, prices and information will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery of Digital Products

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for having suitable internet access and a compatible device.

If a purchased digital product is inaccessible due to a technical problem, please contact Family Relocate at family.relocate@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems.

Personal Use and License

Digital products are generally provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the purchasing individual.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyrights.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, it is in particular not permitted to:

upload files to file-sharing platforms
share login credentials

Online Courses

Access to an online course is generally personal and non-transferable.

Family Relocate may temporarily suspend or terminate access if there is reasonable indication of significant misuse, in particular:

resale of access

a functioning email address

We cannot guarantee that every product is compatible with every device, operating system, browser, or software program.

Changes to Online Courses

family-relocate may reasonably adapt the content, structure, platform, or technical delivery format of an online course.

For material changes to an already-purchased offering, the statutory rights of customers will be taken into account.
